All in – International Inclusive Society in Arts (ALIISA) - universitäre kunstpädagogische Weiterbildung

ALIISA is an innovation and development project for inclusive art education in international cooperation, it is about the social importance of art and the promotion of cohesion.

Objectives

The aim is to offer an international university further education model in order to meet the development needs of music, dance and art education. These include enhancing the social importance of art and its role in promoting social inclusion and well-being, developing pedagogical attitudes and skills, improving the quality of arts education teaching, ensuring the availability of qualified professionals in the field of general and arts education and the dissemination of best practices in inclusive arts education.

Background

ALIISA is an innovation and development project for inclusive art education in international cooperation: Collaboration of arts education training between higher education and post-secondary and secondary education and development of inclusive arts education. Previous project: IPA-E project (09/01/2017 – 03/31/2019) here: cooperation for Innovation and exchange of good practices KA201 - Strategic Partnerships for school education, 2020-2023.

(Implemented) Activities

planning and implementation - Development of an artistic training model and its national implementation - Creation of the country-specific editions of the art education training model, Workshops (LTT 1-3) - Internships for further education students in cooperation with associated partners - Review of teaching practices and learning - Article on accompanying research experiences and results - Comparison of education and administration of the participating universities - Ensuring practices, solutions and continuity - Increase in conspicuousness and methods - Dissemination events (MPE) in each partner country - Publish the described and researched model for inclusive arts education

Results

Socially: - Generate new knowledge, skills and attitudes of arts educators to recognize different needs of individuals and society - Promotion of social inclusion - Disseminating best practices in inclusive arts education to look at inclusion in practice - better responding to cultural, social, cooperative and community diversity in the future

Lessons learned

Importance of linking education and work through: - authentic learning environments during further training phases - active participation of pupils, students and teachers involved in the project activities - new operational and pedagogical methods, techniques and tools being developed for educational institutions for their work with students - Creating an inclusive environment - responding effectively to society's training needs - a cooperation agreement to guarantee the continuation of the development work
